The 7-year-old Dorchester boy who drowned Tuesday after going missing from a city summer program in South Boston will be buried next week, his father said.Ralph Toney said Kyzr Willis’s body was released Thursday from the Office of the Chief Medical Examiner and sent to a funeral home in East Boston.
