    Authorities intercepted three packages of fentanyl and a creepy Halloween mask Friday after they learned the drugs were being shipped to a business in Roxbury, according to Boston police. Boston and Massachusetts State Police learned three kilograms of fentanyl was being shipped to an auto business on Norfolk Avenue in Roxbury and were able to recover the drugs.   They arrested 28-year-old Manuel Pineda-Herrera of Charlestown in connection to the bust.
